Camiry AI began not in a boardroom, but in the backend of frontier models—where our team worked as AI trainers, shaping how large language models reason, respond, and learn. We saw, up close, how powerful these systems could be—and how deeply flawed they could become when misused or misunderstood.

Through that work, we gained a rare perspective: one foot inside the labs building the future of AI, and the other grounded in the real-world needs of professionals trying to navigate it.

We founded Camiry AI to bridge that gap.

Michelle Yuan PhD

Dr. Michelle Yuan believes your unique perspective is your greatest professional asset—and AI should amplify it, not replace it.
With a PhD in biology and experience spanning academic labs to pharmaceutical innovation at Novartis, Michelle has seen firsthand how breakthroughs emerge from human insight, not automation. While leading molecular research on age-related macular degeneration at Novartis, she noticed a pattern: the most impactful discoveries came from those who approached problems with original thinking. 

When she transitioned to hands-on AI development at Outlier (powered by Scale AI), Michelle spent her days probing the limits of large language models—crafting difficult prompts, identifying reasoning flaws, and stress-testing AI responses. Through this work, she developed a sharp understanding of where these models shine, where they fail, and how to use them more effectively. Reading countless AI-generated outputs also taught her something else: it’s easy to spot when a response lacks the spark of real human insight. The most meaningful breakthroughs still start with a person’s unique way of thinking—a “seed idea” that gives AI something worth amplifying.

Dr. Ryan Grippo helps professionals uncover how they think best—then shows them how to make AI work for them, not the other way around.
With a PhD in biology, deep expertise in neuroscience, and ongoing research at Harvard Medical School, Ryan brings a scientist’s rigor and a coach’s intuition to the world of applied AI. He knows innovation doesn’t come from thinking like everyone else. It comes from doubling down on your own cognitive strengths.

Ryan has extensive hands-on large language models training experience through AI startups like Mercor by stress-testing their outputs and crafting edge-case prompts. That experience revealed a crucial truth: AI can only enhance human thinking if you know how to use it with precision—and if you first understand the value of your own mind.

Ryan’s not interested in generic AI advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. He works directly with professionals—from consultants to scientists to creatives—to help them identify their core thinking patterns and adopt AI strategies that elevate, not erase, their uniqueness.
